We make a variety of home crafted products: cheeses, apple sauce, hard cider and apple butter. Their sale enables the community to support its monastic life and maintain a unique heritage.

Cheese

In the beginning, in 1943, the abbey cheese factory produced only one variety of blue cheese, l’Ermite. Our current product line consists of 12 distinct types of cheese.
